Gateway for Health is a General Residential Operation serving boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17. Located in San Antonio, our residential environment is centered around providing consistency, structure, support, and opportunities for positive growth.
Our goal is to create a place where residents can feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their time with us.
